Cleanliness needs serious attention, with stained carpets and reported unpleasant odors. Communication about policies was often unclear, leading to confusion.

My recent stay at this inn was fantastic. The room was spacious with a cozy coffee corner, perfectly located just a short walk to downtown and river trails. It exceeded my expectations during my staycation.

We loved exploring the beautiful Animas River, taking a peaceful 3-mile walk. The spacious double room was perfect for our large family and provided ample space for everyone to unwind after a day of activities in Durango.

My kids wished for more breakfast options to start the day right.

Comfortable room, convenient location, where the air conditioning kept us refreshed during our stay and the free wi-fi made it easy to plan our daily adventures.

Downtown Inn’s cozy café whipped up a mouthwatering homemade pastry that was pure bliss! Nearby, Steamworks Brewing Co served up local brews that perfectly complemented my pizza from Fired Up Pizzeria. Talk about a tasty duo!

While the bar area could use a little sprucing up, it still radiated a fun vibe. After all, even a good ol' saloon like the Diamond Belle could steal the show if it had a glow-up!

I enjoyed my stay at Downtown Inn. The clean, spacious room and the beautiful river view enhanced my experience. While the facilities seemed a bit outdated, it didn't overshadow the lovely atmosphere just minutes from downtown.

Not the best stay

We got a double room for a night. The location is super close to downtown, but man, the room needs some work. The carpet had stains, and the chairs were pretty gross. We tried the pool but it was soooo chlorinated. The staff was nice, though. The breakfast at the café was decent, just wish the room was cleaner.
